Spring Spiritual Practice
The energy of Spring, as we see in our gardens, brings the opportunity for new growth, fresh starts and new beginnings.
The trees have come back to life, blossoms are blooming, the grass is growing, sprouts are ‘taking off’, growth is everywhere! Beautiful smells, sprite-liness and baby animals…
During Spring, everywhere in nature, we see and feel and hear the energy, the pulse, the sound of new growth.
And so we have the opportunity to consciously align with this energy and ‘use’ it to fuel whatever new beginnings we are creating in our lives.

Winter Solstice - 21 June
Here in Australia, we’re celebrating the winter solstice – an astronomical phenomenon that occurs each year in June as the Earth orbits the Sun. The winter solstice, also known as Yule, is a pagan celebration of the rebirth of the sun. It's a time to honour the sun's return, reflect on the solar year, and often involves feasting, bonfires, and rituals such as lighting candles.
The solstice has been observed for many thousands of years, as long as people have marked time by the skies, and it’s a wonderful time of year to retreat inwards and reflect on the wonders of nature.
