I would like you to know that the work that I do considers not just your body, but also your mind and spirit. These three aspects make up your whole person and are interconnected, so it makes sense that what affects one system, for example the physical, may also cause stress in the mind and so on. Therefore treatments address the whole person and not just the symptoms. I identify and address any underlying causes, and provide ongoing support on your journey of maintaining wellbeing.
For Chinese medicine consultations, I will take a case history and may do a physical examination. This could include looking at your tongue and taking your pulse to work out the flow of energy and imbalances in your body. Treatment is tailored to each person using a variety of therapies.
Arrive in plenty of time
In order for you to take full advantage of the peace and natural elements surrounding this clinic, I ask you to please leave yourself plenty of time so that you are not rushing to your appointment. I respect your time and will always endeavour to ensure that your appointment starts right on time,
There is plenty of parking in the street. Walk up the driveway and to your left you will see a gate. Directly inside the gate is a separate entrance to Yin Studio. Please do not knock on the door, just take a seat, enjoy the garden, and I will greet you when I am finished with my previous patient. If the door is open, please come in.
Appointments at short notice
There may be times when such appointments are necessary and I am committed to doing my best when circumstances change or and emergency arises. If you do look online and there is nothing available, it is still worth a text or email to see if I can fit you in as I have the flexibility of a second treatment room.
